1. Rental period

The rental period is agreed between both parties at the time of payment. The renter may not extend the rental period without our agreement. No refund is issued in the event of early termination of the rental period.

2. Rental fees

Rental fees must be paid in advance and are non-refundable. No space will be made available until the full rental fee has been paid.

3. Use of space

The rented space must be used only for the purpose agreed in the rental agreement. The renter must keep the space clean and tidy at all times, and is responsible for any damage caused to it.

4. Opening hours and conduct

The space may only be used during Bedminster Sun & Beauty's opening hours. We cannot accommodate scheduling conflicts. As other therapists work in nearby spaces, the renter must keep noise to a minimum.

5. Alcohol and drugs

We have a zero-tolerance policy on drugs, and smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises. Parties and alcohol are not allowed on the premises except where expressly agreed by Bedminster Sun & Beauty.

6. Liability

The renter assumes all liability for any damage, injury, or loss occurring in connection with their use of the rented space. Bedminster Sun & Beauty will not be held liable for any damage, injury, or loss arising from the renter's use of the space.

7. Insurance

The renter must hold liability insurance for the duration of the rental period, covering any damage, injury, or loss that may occur during that time.

8. Changes to the rented space

The renter may make changes to the setup of the rented space, provided no permanent alterations are made and the original setup is restored at the end of the rental period.

9. Security cameras

Security cameras are installed in common areas for the safety and protection of therapists and clients against abuse, harassment, and theft.

10. Personal property

Bedminster Sun & Beauty is not responsible for personal property left in the rented space; the renter is solely responsible for securing their belongings. For rentals of one month or longer, renters may leave personal belongings on the premises. For shorter rentals, the renter must take their belongings with them when they leave.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the rental agreement with written notice. For rentals of more than one month, a minimum of 30 days' notice is required. For shorter rentals, no prior notice is required. Renters wishing to extend their agreement must inform us of their intention to stay in advance; we do not guarantee availability for an extension unless this intention has been previously communicated (including verbally).

12. Changes to the rental agreement

Any changes to an ongoing rental agreement must be made in writing and agreed by both parties.
